Are you ever wound up?  Do you ever feel your heart, mind, and stomach in knots?  We constantly tolerate Cynicism, Greed, Jealousy, Arrogance, Ignorance, Selfish Ambition, Confusion, Uncertainty, Poor Self Image, Identity Issues, Deception, and Condescension, often with very good intentions.
The Truth is that these things are all around us, they all stress us out and we all hate them.  So...let's talk about where they come from and why they don't  relent so that we can then discover how, in Jesus, we can all face these things and live full lives that are truly GoodINtension.
